Courtney Gallagher, Esq.
Courtney Gallagher is a partner of ACG Law Group with extensive experience in real estate, offering highly skilled representation to her clients in the New York City metropolitan area. She represents both buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, as well as institutional lenders in various aspects of mortgage financing.
Courtney is a native Staten Islander and graduate of St. John Villa Academy High School and the City University of New York at the College of Staten Island where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Courtney received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School where she was an associate of the Center for Real Estate Studies.
While pursuing her law degree, Courtney was a legal intern for the Honorable Arthur M. Schack, Civil Term, Kings County Supreme Court, The Office of the New York State Attorney General and a prestigious Staten Island law firm which she joined as an associate in 2011. Courtney joined the law firm of Amir Alishahi & Associates, P.C. in 2013 and became owner and partner of Alishahi, Conti & Gallagher, P.C. in 2021.
Courtney was admitted to the practice of law in 2011 and is a member of the bars of New York and New Jersey.
Courtney is passionate about giving back to the community. She is a charter member and Past President of the Verrazano Kiwanis Club and board member of the Staten Island YMCA Counseling Service. Courtney was the recipient of the revered Staten Island Economic Development Corporation 20 under 40 Leadership Award.
